These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lakewen Enterprises LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company doing business as No Workplace Like Home ("No Workplace Like Home," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your use of noworkplacelikehome.com and any related pages, emails, tools, and content (together, the "Site").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.

2. No guarantee of employment or income

The Site offers information, resources, examples, and tools to support your job search. We do not promise or guarantee that you will get a job, an interview, a specific wage, or any income. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including employers' decisions, your experience, and the job market. Any examples, stories, or pay ranges on the Site are for illustration only and are not typical or expected results.

3. Job listings

• We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter, and we do not hire for or represent any company listed on the Site.
• Job listings come from third parties or are labeled as examples. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, available, legitimate, or a good fit for you.
• Including a listing does not mean we endorse the employer.
• You are solely responsible for researching any employer and deciding whether to apply, interview, share information, or accept an offer.

4. Scam awareness information

Our red flag lists, scam warnings, and any current or future scam checker are general educational information only. We cannot determine, confirm, or guarantee whether any job, offer, company, or person is legitimate or is a scam. The absence of red flags does not mean an offer is safe, and the presence of a red flag does not prove fraud. Always proceed with caution, verify employers through official sources, and never send money or share personal or financial information until you are confident an employer is real. If you believe you have been targeted by a scam, consider reporting it to the Federal Trade Commission and your local authorities.

5. Not professional advice

Everything on the Site, including guides, skill lessons, resume tips, virtual assistant information, emails, and community submissions, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or professional career advice. Consider speaking with a qualified professional about your specific situation.

6. Outside websites and tools

The Site links to websites and tools we do not own or control, such as free typing tests, internet speed tests, free lessons, job postings, and government resources. We are not affiliated with these websites unless we clearly say so, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or anything that happens when you use them. Your use of other websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Services Board and features

Businesses, entrepreneurs, and websites featured on the Services Board or elsewhere on the Site are shared for informational purposes. A feature is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of their services. Any arrangement you make with a featured business is solely between you and that business. Some features may be sponsored or paid; when they are, we will say so.

8. Your submissions

When you send us tips, encouragement, stories, job leads, suggestions, scam reports, or other content ("Submissions"):

• You confirm that the Submission is your own, is truthful to the best of your knowledge, and does not violate anyone's rights or include anyone else's private information.
• You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to review, use, edit, and, with your permission where personal details are involved, publish the Submission on the Site and in our emails.
• All Submissions are reviewed before anything is shared. We may decline, edit, or remove any Submission for any reason. Nothing is posted automatically.
• Suggestions and ideas are given freely, and we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Purchases, courses, and digital products

We may offer courses, printables, templates, memberships, or other digital products in the future. Prices, what is included, access details, and refund terms will be shown at the time of purchase and are part of these Terms. Digital products are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them unless we say otherwise in writing. • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to any person or company
• Copy, scrape, or collect content or information from the Site by automated means
• Interfere with, hack, overload, or disrupt the Site or its security
• Upload or send viruses or other harmful code

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, LISTINGS, TOOLS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, LAKEWEN ENTERPRISES LLC, NO WORKPLACE LIKE HOME, AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, EMPLOYMENT, OPPORTUNITY, DATA, OR MONEY, INCLUDING ANY LOSS CAUSED BY A JOB SCAM, A THIRD-PARTY LISTING, OR AN OUTSIDE WEBSITE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT BE MORE THAN THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lakewen Enterprises LLC, No Workplace Like Home, and their owners, members, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, your Submissions, your dealings with any employer or third party, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and try in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.

16. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours.
